Surgery under General Anesthesia
They are those surgeries that we will perform under general anesthesia in an external clinic in conjunction with an anesthetist specialized in maxillofacial surgery.
They can be different types of surgeries; orthognathic surgeries, tumors, many dental implants, cysts, infections, fractures to name a few.

Intravenous sedation surgery
These are medium complexity procedures that require the administration of drugs to sedate the patient by an anesthetist. The physician generates a semi-conscious state that facilitates the procedure and generates a kind of relaxation. In some cases patients do not remember what happened, in others only some parts of the surgery.
We use it in patients with fear, anxiety or in cases where the procedure requires more time or generates more discomfort.
It has the advantage that it is managed by an anesthetist who monitors and regulates vital signs.
We use it in dental implants, third molars, biopsies, etc. They are outpatient procedures in which the patient must be transferred by the family in a state of relaxation.
Surgery Local anesthesia
These are the procedures performed under local anesthesia in our office.
Outpatient procedures (the patient goes home after completion).
They can be procedures such as dental implants, biopsies, tooth or wisdom molar extractions or many other oral surgery procedures.
